eae0ef5061 The page tells two feeds' items with one guid apart (#361)
Rows, the selection, the items turned past and the player were matched
by guid alone, so in All Subscriptions two feeds giving a post the same
guid (a blog's RSS and Atom) were one item to the page: clicking the
second selected and marked the first, and the second never read. They
are matched by feed and guid now (entryKey, the key readWrites already
used); data-guid stays on the row for the tests, data-key is matched.

6ec2c35291 Keyboard, screen reader and contrast fixes from the interface review (#298 #299 #300 #301 #302 #303 #304 #305 #306 #307 #308 #309)
Found reviewing the main window, its dialogs and the Directory in all 25 palettes (13 themes,
light and dark), in Playwright against the test daemon.

- #298: an item's title is a button, so Tab and a screen reader can open it; the feed list's
rows, places, Signals and the Directory's shows are links to a screen reader (asLink), named
by what they show, the open one aria-current. Not role=button, which would flatten a folder's
  triangle inside it.
- #299: .ep:focus-within shows the row's actions; Tab reached Play and Delete at opacity 0.
- #300: the read toggle is named Mark read / Mark unread, the dot hidden from screen readers.
- #301: the seek slider is named Position, its value read as "12:30 of 45:00".
- #302: ::placeholder in --faint; the browser's grey was 2.7-4.4:1 in 20 palettes. The search
and filter boxes have names that do not depend on their placeholder.
- #303: #toasts is role=status; an error toast stays until dismissed, at most four at once.
- #304: api() says what to do when iPX cannot be reached or answers 500 (whose text is the
daemon's internals, already in its log); play() failures are put in words and reported, an
AbortError ignored; a failed download names its item.
- #305, #308: --field, the theme's --fg mixed into --bg in OKLab (--fieldmix, 60% and up to 80%
for Catppuccin light), edges text boxes, selects, chips, the OPML box and switch tracks,
phones included, and rings a light theme's switch knob. tests/contrast.js holds it to 3:1 on
bg, panel, panel2 and raise in every palette. --line stays for rules. Fields lose outline:0,
so they take the same focus ring as everything else.
- #306: openModal makes the card role=dialog aria-modal, labelled by its heading, focuses it,
and makes the rest of the body inert until closeModal, which gives focus back to what opened
it. Not <dialog>: its top layer would cover the toasts and their Dismiss.
- #307: the labels in Add a feed, Settings, Download latest and OPML point at their boxes.
- #309: Settings shows iPX's and the page's versions at its foot.

60007d4e6a Page type-check: strict throughout, a typed $, null checks (#236)
$<T> returns the element type it is given and assumes the element is there: 122 lookups take
their type from the tag their id is on in the markup. A handler reads its target through a
cast, since a typed element will not take a handler whose event names a narrower target.
strictNullChecks found no bug the page had; its 94 places were values the code already handles
in ways the type-check could not follow (data- attributes the page writes, a map entry set the
line before, Share drawn only for an item with a link), each now said so.

isPlayable stays a plain boolean: as a type guard its false would have meant "no file", and it
is also false for a file that is not audio or video.

22a99110e8 Show the accent, not words, past the last item when swiping
Asked for: swiping on from the last item in the reader showed "No more items" in faint text beside
it; the pane is now the theme's accent colour and says nothing, the colour saying it is the end.

7490a3a9ac A spinner after pulling to refresh (#68)
Letting go of a pull removed its note at once and showed nothing else;
the sidebar's scanning spinner is hidden on a phone. With no sign the
check had started, people pulled again, and again. A "Checking for new
items" pill with a spinner now sits under the top bar until the request
is sent and two seconds have passed, and a pull meanwhile does nothing.
It lives outside #list, which a feed's render rebuilds.

f2fde8cc75 Swipe between items like turning pages (#52)
On a phone the reader is fixed over the item list, and the swipe from #49 moved it alone and
faded it to 40%, so the list showed through it and in the strip it uncovered, and again as the
next item slid in from the far side. Now a layer beside the reader, #dpeek, holds what is really
there: the next or previous item, drawn by the same detailHtml the reader uses, with 16px of the
page's background between them; "No more items" past the last; or, swiping right from the
first, a dimmer over the list that lifts as the reader, shadowed along its edge, is drawn off.
On release the swipe carries on from where the finger left it, over 120-250ms by how far is
left, and the neighbour becomes the reader in place; with reduced motion it switches at once.

A touch starting within 14px of the left edge is kept from Safari, which otherwise takes it as
Back and leaves the page mid-swipe. 14px because the back button starts at 16.

Offsets are rounded to whole pixels: at a fractional offset the seam between the reader and its
neighbour drew a stray light line.

The design had the list shift a third of the way across as it is uncovered, as iOS does. #detail
lives inside #shell, and a transform there makes it the containing block for the fixed reader,
so that part is left out; the dimmer and shadow carry it.

868dd673f3 Swipes take a longer drag and slide the reader across (#49)
At a flat 60px, a thumb scrolling slightly on the diagonal moved on to the next item by
accident. A swipe now has to cover a quarter of the reader's width, and never less than 100px,
and the reader follows the finger while it is down, so it is plain before letting go whether it
will move on. It slides off on a swipe and the next item slides in from the other side; a short
one springs back. The CHANGELOG also gets back the [0.8.3] link a stray edit had broken.

905dfa0b02 A spinner on the feed being checked, not toasts; check only your own feeds
The scan's events reach everyone, so every browser showed "<feed>: N new" and
"Scanning…" toasts, and refreshed, for everyone's feeds. Now a feed's row, and
its folder's, carries a spinner between feed_start and its done, skip or error;
the list refreshes only for the reader's own feeds; the scan toasts are gone, and
"Downloaded" is said only for a file on screen.

"Check every feed" from the web UI sent a scan of every feed on the server.
Command::Fetch takes an optional `feeds` list -- those feeds and the feeds
inside any OPML among them -- and the web fills it with the asker's
subscriptions. The schedule and the CLI send none, meaning every feed.

Closes #37.

3b00e2721a Touch gestures: pull to check for new items, swipe between items
- Pull the item list down from its top: checks the feed (or every feed, on All
Subscriptions) for new items, which arrive as they do from the scan button.
overscroll-behavior keeps the browser's own pull-to-reload out of it.
- Swipe the item you are reading left for the next, right for the one before,
or back to the list from the first. A vertical move is a scroll; something
that scrolls sideways, or takes typing, keeps its own swipe.

Touch events only, so a mouse never sets them off.

Closes #22.
