.ep .rowacts{opacity:0} and only .ep:hover .rowacts{opacity:1} (web/app.css:1011-1012). Tab reaches the row's Play, Download and Delete file buttons, but they stay at opacity 0, so the focus ring is drawn on an invisible element: someone using the keyboard cannot see where they are, or that pressing Enter will delete a file.

Found in an interface review (2026-10-19): Playwright focused the first row's Play button with the mouse away; the computed opacity of .rowacts was 0. WCAG 2.4.7.

Fix: .ep:hover .rowacts,.ep:focus-within .rowacts{opacity:1}.

Fixed in 6ec2c35: .ep:focus-within .rowacts shows the row's buttons while the keyboard is on one. Deployed in ipx-web (1.2.1-dev).
