The read toggle on an item row is named "●" #300

The button that marks an item read (web/src/items.ts:166) holds the glyph ● and puts its purpose in title. The accessible name comes from the content before the title, so a screen reader announces "button, ●" on every unread item. On a read item it is empty and falls back to the title. Its read/unread state is not exposed either.

Found in an interface review (2026-10-19), in Playwright's accessibility snapshot: button "●" beside button "Pin, so it is never deleted". WCAG 4.1.2.

Fix: aria-label the same as the title ("Mark read" / "Mark unread"), and aria-hidden="true" on the glyph.

Fixed in 6ec2c35: the read toggle is named Mark read / Mark unread, the dot hidden from screen readers. Deployed in ipx-web (1.2.1-dev).
