iPX's and the page's versions are only in a hover tooltip #309

The versions (ipx's and the page's) are the logo's title (web/index.html:19, <span id="applogo" title="iPX">, set from /api/me). The span is not focusable, so the keyboard cannot reach it, and a phone, which has no hover, never shows it. There is no About anywhere else.

Found in an interface review (2026-10-19). WCAG 2.1.1, 1.3.1 (the information is in the page but only to a mouse).

Fix: put the versions somewhere that is read, such as a line at the foot of the Settings dialog, and keep the tooltip if wanted.

Fixed in 6ec2c35: Settings shows 'iPX , page ' at its foot; the logo's tooltip stays. Deployed in ipx-web (1.2.1-dev).
