The icon standing in for a feed's missing artwork is looked up once and kept (main.rs, 'Looked for once'). A site that changes or fixes its icon, or a feed that drops its own artwork, keeps whatever was found first; a dead icon stored before #79 stays dead. Found fixing #79.

Fixed in 469467b: the site icon is looked up again whenever the feed is read in full (it changed, or someone refreshed it), not only the first time. Deployed.
