Feeds that publish no channel image get no artwork in the list. Asked for: when a feed has no image, look at the feed's site URL and use its favicon.

Fixed in ce221ce: when a feed has no image and none is stored, the scan reads the channel's site link and uses the apple-touch-icon or icon that page names, falling back to /favicon.ico if it answers with an image. Feeds pick it up on their next scan that is not a 304. Deployed.
