.cat .fan .art (app.css:741) declares will-change:transform but animates the rotate and translate properties (742, 747-749). Name what moves: will-change:rotate,translate. #132 put will-change there to stop the fan opening in a jerk, so check after the change that it still opens smoothly.

Found in a UI-polish review of the main window (2026-10-19).
