Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
With Signals on the server's key (#271), the server pays for everyone's calls to Jev, but /metrics counts items judged, fits and tokens for the server as a whole. Break them out by person, and by whose key paid, so an admin can see who costs what: Signals' items, icon picks and key checks.

4eba746: ipx_signals_judged_total, ipx_signals_hits_total and ipx_jev_tokens_total carry user (account name) and key (server or own); a shared call is split by each person's share of its questions; icon picks bill the person on the server's key, key checks on their own. Dashboard: Input tokens by person, Items judged by person, and a Who used what table. Deployed in ipx 1.3.1-dev.
