Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
A feed's page in the Directory (#128) shows its cover, category and latest items, but not what the show says it is: the feeds table keeps no channel description, so there is none to show. Apple's show page leads with it. Needs a column on feeds (an ALTER in create_missing, since nothing adds one), the parse (, itunes:summary, Atom's subtitle) and the scan storing it.
Done in
ef8e252: the channel's (or itunes:summary when empty, or Atom's subtitle) is parsed, kept in feeds.description and shown on a feed's Directory page, three lines until More. Deployed 2026-10-05: the column was added to production's Postgres on start (1,541 feeds, every ETag forgotten once so each next read is whole); a refresh of ars-technica stored and served "All Ars Technica stories". The rest fill as each feed is next read: within the hour for subscribed feeds, a day for listed ones nobody subscribes to.
