In the Directory, a feed you subscribe to opens on a click, but one you do not does nothing: its + button is all there is, so you subscribe to find out what a show is. Apple's directory opens a show's page with its artwork, what it is about and its latest episodes, and a button to subscribe.

Done in 95acde3: a feed you do not subscribe to opens a page in the Directory with its cover, category (a link to its page), how many here subscribe, a subscribe button and its latest twenty items, from GET /api/directory/{id}, which answers only for listed feeds and carries no files. The feed's own description is not kept, so it is not shown; that is #130. Deployed 2026-10-05.
