rays 42f983f81a Phone: a Directory feed's buttons keep their 44px (#212) ...

The #146 rule lets icon buttons shrink so a feed header's seven fit one row at 390px. It
matched the Directory feed page's row too, where nothing sets the row's width, so the buttons
shrank to their icons: 18px wide, 44px tall.
