The copy-db command (src/main.rs:43, 838), Db::copy_from (src/db.rs:1087) and copy_table (src/db.rs:75), about 90 lines. It was the one-off copy from SQLite to Postgres. Rolling back needs only the old state.db, which is kept, not this. Remove it once going back to SQLite is off the table. Found in a repo-wide audit for code that can go.

Fixed in 0945f3a: ipx copy-db, Db::copy_from and copy_table are gone. Rolling back to SQLite needs only /mnt/user/ipx/state.db, which is kept. Deployed.
