ipx fetch, rm and the API take a feed's id, but ipx list prints each feed's title and URL, not its id. Forcing a refresh of antirez.com's feed, titled , 'ipx fetch antirez' failed with 'no feed with id "antirez"'; its id is 'feed', found only by reading the scan log.

Fixed in 928cbaf: ipx list heads each entry with the feed's title (its id if it has none) and gives the id its own labelled row, 'id feed' for antirez.com. Deployed.
