Pressing a feed's refresh button changes nothing on its page while the check runs; only the sidebar row gets a spinner, and the sidebar is hidden on a phone. Asked for: the refresh icon turns while the feed (or, for check every feed, any of your feeds) is being checked.

Done in 00f6293: the refresh icon on a feed's (or folder's) page turns while that feed is checked, and All Subscriptions' and the toolbar's while any of yours is. Deployed.
