Subscribing to a site's home page (not a feed, OPML or Patreon URL) is refused. Asked for: find the feed the page links to and subscribe to that.

Fixed in c6980c3: adding (CLI or web) first fetches the URL; a web page that links its feed with rel=alternate is swapped for that feed, before the duplicate check. Anything else is added as before. Deployed.
