The iPX tile on the Homepage dashboard is a bare link: ipx has no endpoint giving a summary a customapi widget can read. Asked for: Homepage filled in from ipx. Plan: GET /api/status with the counts ipx status prints (feeds, pending, downloaded) and the version, behind sign-in; Homepage sends the shared [web] token as a cookie.

Fixed in 5be6294: GET /api/status returns feeds, pending, downloaded and version, behind sign-in. Deployed, and the iPX entry in Homepage's services.yaml now has a customapi widget sending the shared token as the ipx_token cookie; Homepage's proxy returns the counts.
