Production runs commits after v0.9.0 but the logo's tooltip says 'iPX 0.9.0', because Cargo.toml's version only moves at a release. The version should say a release is in progress (0.9.1-dev), without a commit hash.

Fixed in 3cb36ab: the version is 0.9.1-dev, and CLAUDE.md's release steps end by moving to the next -dev version. Deployed.
