The Settings dialog (web/src/dialogs.ts) ends with 'Download folder' and the server's download_dir. It is read-only, the same for everyone, and set in config.toml, so it tells someone reading their settings nothing they can act on. The admin page shows it too, which is where it belongs.

Fixed in 65b5eac: the Settings dialog no longer lists the download folder; the admin page still shows it. Deployed.
