/favicon.png, /apple-touch-icon.png and /logo.svg are served with max-age=86400 under fixed names, so after the logo changed, browsers and Cloudflare's edge kept the old one (seen with curl after 7796566 was deployed). Name them with a hash of their contents in the pages, as app.js and app.css are.

Fixed in ae900b8: the pages ask for /favicon.png, /apple-touch-icon.png and /logo.svg with ?v=, so a changed icon is a new URL for browsers and Cloudflare. /favicon.ico cannot carry a query and still keeps a day. Deployed.
