The 2004 icon is a whole radio, with transparency, and does not fill a square: the home screen paints it on white and the tab icon is padded. Draw the radio's screen (tuning scale and orange needle) as a flat, full-bleed square icon following Apple's app icon guidelines, with a dark version, and use it for the tab, the home screen and every page. Keep the 2004 icon at /icon.png.

Done in 7796566: web/logo.svg (and logo-dark.svg) is the radio's screen as a flat, full-bleed square icon to Apple's app icon guidelines. It is the tab icon, the home-screen icon and the logo on every page, served at /logo.svg. The 2004 icon is still at /icon.png. Deployed.
