Caddy 2.11 in production warns that the nested 'metrics' option inside servers is deprecated (#371). The Caddyfile uses it because the browser tests run the local caddy 2.6, which has no global 'metrics' option. Update the local Caddy to match production and use the global option.

Fixed in 72e4a97: the Caddyfile uses the global metrics option; the browser tests run Caddy 2.11.7 from Caddy's own apt repository (install.sh), as production's caddy:2 is, and pass (87, 4 skipped). Deployed: ipx-web starts with no deprecation warning and still serves caddy_http_* on :9190.
