Found reviewing what production's traces and metrics leave out, 2026-10-25. lists.rs has no spans: sync_group upserts each listed feed and subscribes each user to each, a database call apiece, the path of #337 and #338, and a slow sync is one long feed span with nothing inside. Wanted: spans for the sync and its steps.

Fixed in dd91602: list_sync (list, listed) with steps upsert_listed, subscribe_readers, drop_unlisted; opml_import for an upload. Deployed 2026-10-25.
