Found running cargo deny check while working on #320 (2026-10-23); it fails on main without that change too.

  • RUSTSEC-2026-0385, ctutils 0.4.2: non-constant-time mask generation and u128 comparisons. Fixed in >= 0.4.4 (cargo update -p ctutils).
  • RUSTSEC-2026-0382, rustls-webpki 0.103.15: certificate verification may accept distrusted intermediates.

Both are transitive. Update them in Cargo.lock and run all three crates' tests.

Fixed in c99f481: rustls-webpki 0.103.16, ctutils 0.4.5, and webpki-roots 1.0.11 (RUSTSEC-2026-0381, which showed up once the first two were fixed). Cargo.lock only; cargo deny check passes. Deployed in ipx and ipx-directory; HTTPS fetches and ipx's calls to the directory work.
