A feed's page keeps showing an error after a check succeeds #316

Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
A feed's page header (items, downloaded, 'checked Xm ago', and the error banner) is drawn once when the feed is opened. When a check ends, the server sends the feed's new row (feed_row) and patchFeed puts it in S.feeds and redraws the feed list, but not the open page's header. So an error cleared by a later check stays on the page, as does the old 'checked' time, until the feed is opened again or the page reloads.
Seen 2026-10-20 on Eli Bendersky's website: a check at 15:13 UTC timed out connecting, a forced check at 15:28 succeeded and the API's last_error was null, but the page still showed the timeout and 'checked 15m ago'.
Fixed in
84b4203: patchFeed redraws the open feed's stat line and error banner (patchFeedHead) when its row arrives, leaving the rest of the page and the open item alone. Browser test added. Deployed in ipx-web.
