Switch an item between its HTML and its Markdown when a feed sends both #285

Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Scripting News sends each item twice: HTML in
<description>and Markdown in<source:markdown>(https://source.scripting.com/). ipx keeps the HTML only (#284 uses the Markdown when there is nothing else).Wanted: when an item has both, a dropdown on its page, between the title and the item's icons, to switch how its text shows:
Needs the Markdown kept beside the item (a column on entries, since items are stored once), sent in the API, and the choice remembered.

Done in
d5ffe5d, deployed in ipx and ipx-web: an item whose feed sends source:markdown beside its HTML keeps it (entries.markdown), and the API sends it as written (markdown) and made HTML and cleaned (markdown_html). The item's page has a choice between its meta line and its buttons: HTML, Markdown or Markdown source, remembered in the browser. Stored items picked it up on the next read: Scripting News's five newest have it in production now.Changed in
b4c0048, deployed: the choice is HTML or Markdown (rendered); the Markdown source view is gone.
