An OPML's page lists its shows, not their items together #283

An OPML subscription's page lists the shows inside it, one row each, with their unread counts. To read it you open each show in turn. Wanted: the OPML's page lists the items of all its shows together, newest first, with the same tabs (All, Unread, Downloaded, Pinned), search and sort as a show's page or All Subscriptions, as a Patreon creator's page too.

The API's /api/feeds/{id}/entries for the OPML returns nothing today, since the OPML's own row has no items.

Done in 5cf7a28, deployed in ipx and ipx-web: an OPML's (or Patreon creator's) page lists the items of the shows in it together, newest first, with the tabs, search and sort of any feed and the feed column naming each item's show. GET /api/feeds/{id}/entries on the OPML returns them (hacker-news-top-feeds-2: 199 in production). The shows are looked up first and queried as a list, so a single feed's query is unchanged: the OR-with-subquery form made it a sequential scan (EXPLAIN on production, 10 ms to 1 s).
