cargo-machete: crates/ipx/Cargo.toml still depends on atom_syndication, quick-xml and rss, which only crates/feed uses since parsing moved there. Nothing in crates/ipx/src names them.

Fixed in 341d880: the three are gone from crates/ipx/Cargo.toml; cargo machete finds nothing unused.
