Asked 2026-10-16: Jev picks an icon for a Signal. Jev chooses among options and cannot name one, so the page searches Font Awesome for the Signal's name, words and sentence and offers Jev the likeliest 40; it answers with one of them (a choice question). On the server's TYPESAFE_KEY, not the Signal owner's. 'Let Jev pick' in the icon picker, and a Signal made without an icon gets one. Also asked: each Signal's row says 'N items · N unread' as a feed's row says its counts.

Done in 2ed8781, deployed (ipx and ipx-web): 'Let Jev pick' in the icon picker and a pick for a Signal made without an icon, on the server's key; each Signal's row says 'N items · N unread'. Checked live: Retro offered floppy disk, gamepad, computer and a rewinding clock, Jev picked the floppy disk.
