Production's log, 2026-10-16 17:44: 'Jev could not judge an item', error 'HTTP status client error (422 Unprocessable Entity) for url (https://api.typesafe.ai/v1/systemone)', 50 of them, every item, for the one person with a key. The request's shape is wrong: it was written from TypeSafe's docs without a full noul example (#254). The error left the items unjudged, so each pass (every 5 minutes) sends them all again and logs them again.
Fixed in
20f5318, deployed: criteria is now an object of what true and false mean, the state is text, and a refused call keeps TypeSafe's reason in the log and on the jev span. A request refused as malformed ends the pass instead of failing for every item. Since the deploy, Signals are filling (AI Development 6, Apple 2) with no refusals in the log.
