The dashboard's Database connections panel looks exhausted when it is not #251

Since #241 the daemon keeps all 20 connections open, so the panel's 'open' line sits at 20, on the 'most the pool opens' line, which reads as a pool run dry. In use has been at most 4 in 7 days (2026-10-15). The panel and its description, and the prod check's note that open connections stay ten minutes after a burst, describe the pool before #241.

Fixed in ca73b81: the panel draws in use, ready (min idle) and the pool, with a description for a pool kept full; regenerated into Grafana's provisioning. The prod check reads idle as the pool less those in use. In use peaked at 4 of 20 in the 7 days to 2026-10-15.
