Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
#247 kept and fetched ahead the item lists. Still waiting on a click: the Directory (its catalogue, and a show's page), Currently Listening, and a filter tab not yet opened. Same treatment: kept and drawn at once, refreshed behind, fetched ahead when idle or on hover, a spinner only when there is nothing to show.

cdf2c98, deployed in ipx-web 1.0.3-dev: Currently Listening and the Directory's catalogue are kept by address (fetchPage), drawn at once and refreshed behind, fetched ahead on load and on pointer or touch, with the spinner when nothing is kept. Browser test 'Currently Listening and the Directory show at once once seen, with a spinner the first time'; all 76 pass.
