The refresh buttons turn while a body class (scan-any, scan-this) is on, set from the feeds being checked. A scan takes its feeds one at a time, so between one feed's done and the next one's start nothing is being checked: the class comes off, the icon snaps back upright, and the spin starts again, many times a second now that feeds are fetched ahead. Reported 2026-10-14.

Fixed in 7ecbe82, deployed in ipx-web 1.0.2-dev: the scanning classes go on at once and come off only after 600 ms with nothing being checked, so the gaps between feeds no longer reset the spin.
