Check every feed (a forced scan) looks for each feed's site icon when the feed names no artwork, inside the per-feed step, one after another: 62 lookups took 22 s of a 62 s scan (trace 5e2af7e19c9165a42b69aa2f7d3bad91, 2026-10-13 17:19). Look them up with the fetches that run ahead.

Fixed in 8d7a30d, deployed (ipx and ipx-directory 1.1.1-dev). A forced scan looks up the site icon in the fetch-ahead task, six deep, and passes it to scan_one with the body; test a_forced_scan_takes_the_icon_looked_up_ahead.
