ipxreader.app says what iPX does and links to the directory and the source, but nothing on it says how to run iPX yourself or how to talk to it. Add a Docs page, linked from the header: installing ipx and ipx-web with Docker, signing in the first time, ipx's HTTP API, CLI and control socket, and the directory: browsing it, connecting a server, and its API.

Done in 4cf568b: ipxreader.app/docs, linked from the header, covers installing ipx and ipx-web, ipx's API, command line and control socket, and the directory: browsing, connecting a server, its API and running one. Deployed to Cloudflare Pages with wrangler.
