The prod-check skill still expects the healthcheck's lines after #218 #221

Since #218 (cc15527, deployed 2026-10-12 21:11 UTC) there is no Docker healthcheck, so two things the skill .claude/skills/ipx-prod-check/SKILL.md relies on are gone:

  • Check 4 reads ev":"status" lines (pending, downloaded) "every 30s". There are none now: the query returns nothing. ipx_downloads_pending and ipx_files_downloaded in Prometheus have the same numbers.
  • "When the checks come back empty" says ipx-web should have "at least its healthchecks' 120" lines an hour and iPX "hundreds". On 2026-10-13 ipx-web had 52 in an hour and iPX 80, both healthy, so the numbers make a quiet hour look like Alloy not shipping.

The ipx::io row ("the healthcheck's answer") and the status event description say the same. The skill should take the queue from Prometheus and give line counts that hold without healthchecks.

Closed without a fix: the prod check covers ipx itself, not the other containers or the self-hosted tooling, and those are not filed here.
