Building Dockerfile fails since #215: ipx depends on ipx-directory, whose site.rs has include_bytes! of web/logo.svg, web/logo-dark.svg and web/favicon.png. Dockerfile.directory copies them; Dockerfile does not, so cargo fails with "couldn't read crates/directory/src/../../../web/logo.svg". Found building the 1.0.0 release. 192.168.1.130:5000/ipx:latest is the image from before #215.

Fixed in 1b137d6: Dockerfile copies web/logo.svg, logo-dark.svg and favicon.png in, as Dockerfile.directory does. The 1.0.0 image built from it and is deployed.
