ipxreader.app has no page. It should say what iPX is, how to run it, and link to the directory and the source; static, on Cloudflare Pages so it does not depend on Tower. New UI: mockups on this issue before it is published.

Built on the branch home-page (0cb6c84), not published: new UI for approval.

The idea: the iPodderX logo is a radio's tuning scale and needle, so the hero is that dial at full size, its stations real shows from the directory. On load the needle sweeps once across the dial and settles on a station, which lights up (with reduced motion set, it is already there). That is the page's one bit of motion and the only place the logo's orange appears.

The dial, after the needle settles:

Name: iPX, as decided. Palette: the logo's (navy, sky, the scale's blue, the needle's orange). Type: Archivo alone, self-hosted, its width axis doing the work: expanded for the name, condensed on the dial.
Sections: what it does (six things, as prose), Run it (three commands from the repo's sample compose, with the default sign-in, admin / ipodderx, and a nudge to change it), and Since 2004 (iPodderX, you and August Trometer). Links to the directory, the source and its issues.
No script at all; a CSP allows only the site's own files. No sideways scrolling at 390px; the phone's dial shows the six stations around the tuned one.
Hosting: Cloudflare Pages, a static build of site/ (site/build.sh). Publishing needs a Pages project made through the Cloudflare API and ipxreader.app pointed at it; the parking records Hover left (the bare domain, www and the wildcard) would go, except the directory's.

On approval I publish it.

As asked: BitTorrent and OPML subscriptions have entries of their own; the Run it section and the source links are out for now; the reader's Inter in place of Archivo; screenshots from a scratch iPX on public podcasts (desktop with 99% Invisible playing, a phone on Ologies). Hover's parking records are gone; the zone holds the page, www and the directory. Source in 579fe27; how it is published is in CLAUDE.md (700037c).
