The Add a feed dialog (web/src/dialogs.ts) has a Folder (optional) field, where a feed's own settings no longer show its folder (0.10.3). Asked by the user to remove it. The API's folder stays for scripts; the page stops sending it, so a feed gets the default, its title.

Done in fca704f: the dialog has no Folder field and sends none. Deployed.
