The Database connections panel looks maxed out when the pool is idle #199

The Daemon row's Database connections panel (grafana/dashboard.py) draws idle connections as a line of their own, and once a burst has opened all ten they stay open, idle, for sqlx's 10 minutes: the idle line sits on the max line and reads as the pool maxing out. On 2026-10-11, 10 open, 10 idle, at most 2 in use across 24 h (max(max_over_time(ipx_db_connections{job="ipx",state="in_use"}[24h]))). Reported by the user. The panel should show in use against the max, with open as a fainter line.

Fixed in c28accb: the panel draws in use (the peak in each interval) against the pool's max, with open dashed and grey behind them. Dashboard regenerated.
