Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Before each scan, reap runs clean_directory, which looks for unsubscribed feeds dead for a month or quiet for a year (stale_unsubscribed: a max over every entry of each such feed). In production it takes 2-5 s warm and up to 12 s (traces fa6967b02f1243604d9fd9a025bea2b, eb1847ace7ff6b2d973566b247df3288, with the steps from #187), and reap runs every few minutes: 79 reap traces over 1 s in the 24 h to 2026-10-11 15:00 UTC, nearly all of it this step. The worker is sequential, so each scan and download waits behind it. Once a day is plenty for those thresholds.
