Pin icon is hard to tell if the pin is enabled or not. We should use the accent color as the circle fill instead of a gravy fill for the pin itself

Fixed in 0f93d1b: pinned, the reader's pin button, a feed page's pin button and the toolbar's are filled with the theme's accent, the pin drawn in the ink the theme pairs with it (the pair a pinned feed's disc and a pinned item's row already use). Deployed as 0.10.3-dev.
