iOS asks for /apple-touch-icon-precomposed.png (then /apple-touch-icon.png) when the site is added to the home screen. ipx serves only the second, so the first is a 404 logged at WARN: 'GET /apple-touch-icon-precomposed.png -> 404', once on 2026-10-01/02, the only non-feed warning in the log. Fix: serve the same icon at both paths.

Fixed in 54d827f: /apple-touch-icon-precomposed.png serves the touch icon; the browser test asks for it. Deployed.
