Steps in the traces of the disk sweep, episode lists and DeadAir (#187)
A 47 s reap had a trace of one span, so whether the time went on checking every file on disk, the database or deleting could not be told. The reap's steps are spans now, with what it removed on the reap span; an episode list's query, sanitising, DeadAir and count are steps; and DeadAir's work on a file is a trace of its own (probe, silencedetect, frame_bytes, store_plans), only for files it looks at, not the idle passes.
