Subject: [PATCH] Show the iPodderX icon in the top bar in the Classic theme

Classic is drawn after the 2004 iPodderX app, so its top bar shows that app's icon (/icon.png) in
place of the iPX logo, on the app and admin pages. The favicon stays the iPX one.
