Subject: [PATCH] DeadAir's icon: the silence open when off, closed up when on
 (#172)

Outlined bars against solid ones read the wrong way round at 20 px: the
outlines ran together and the off icon looked the heavier. The off icon
now has the gap in its middle, the on icon has it closed.
