Of the 174 feeds anyone subscribes to, 56 carry audio or video; the other two thirds are blogs and news, and almost none of those will have an iTunes category. A rail of only iTunes categories would leave most of the Directory under "All".

Lead with "Podcasts" (any audio or video enclosure, which ipx already knows from enclosures.mime) and "Blogs" (none), and show the iTunes categories as chips inside Podcasts. Every feed then lands somewhere. The names are open.
