If an entry is pinned, it should move to the top of that feeds entry list.

Done in c99e17b, deployed. A pinned item now sits at the top of its feed's list, above everything else in whatever order you sort by, on every page of the list, and moves there as soon as you pin it; unpinned, it goes back where it was. The same holds in All Subscriptions. Two exceptions: sorting by the pin column itself still sorts both ways, and Currently Listening keeps its own order.
