Fixed in 42a1136, deployed. Only the player bar's button changed on play and pause; the files pane's, the item row's and the toolbar's were drawn once as play. Now every play button for the episode that is playing shows pause, and pressing any of them pauses it, the same as the bar's. Currently Listening already did this.
