Should be able to pin a whole feed (even if its in an opml/patreon group) so it rises to the top of the feed list

Done in 7f-pin (see the commit 'Pin a feed to the top of the feed list'), deployed. A feed's page, and a folder's, has a pin button beside Settings. A pinned feed goes to the top of the feed list, with a small pin before its name and a rule under the pinned block. A feed from inside an OPML or Patreon folder comes out of the folder while pinned and goes back in when unpinned; a pinned folder moves up with its feeds under it. Pins are kept on your account, so they follow you to another browser, and nobody else sees them.
