media type icon shifts up when not downloaded. everything should be properly aligned and consistent.

Fixed in fc09e8a, deployed. On an item not yet downloaded, the File cell also holds the download progress bar, which wrapped onto a line of its own under the icon and lifted it. The bar now sits just under the icon without taking any space, so every file icon is level with its row. A browser test measures the icon's middle against the date's on every row.
